Dialer Administrator in a Call Center: 2 years Diploma/Certificate Our call center firm located in downtown Ottawa has an immediate opening for a permanent Predictive Dialer Administrator with IT Support experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating user support on all company supported computer applications and platforms, as well as all technical projects and activities associated with our Predictive Dialer (by Mitel). All in all, the incumbent will troubleshoot problems and implement the appropriate actions.
