Updates on matching donations last two weekends: Sangat donated CAD 10186.14 on the weekend of April 30th to May 2nd, which was matched by S Tejinder and Nimmi Kanwal by donating shares of slightly higher value. S Harjot Singh from Brampton donated 3100CAD on the last weekend which was exact matched by Mr Jatender and Rita Bali of Indian Grocery. Update on construction: Basement plumbing has passed HRM inspection and we are planning to rake and level the gravel today to prepare for insulation, in-floor heating and concrete pour this coming week. If you were not at a high or low risk exposure site in the last two weeks, please reach gurdwara today at 11 AM to help in levelling the gravel and installing insulation.

In 1619, the 6th master of Sikhism Guru Hargobind Sahib ji liberated 52 kings who were imprisoned and showed them the path of absolution and truth. He enlightened them with truth. This act had such an impact on generations to come that it gets celebrated every year. Hope we all derive that knowledge and find the path of liberation from all out flaws in the teachings of Guru’s, saints, prophets and good human. While years ago on the same day Lord Ram came home after wining a battle with pride and show how the path of patience and perseverance always prevails.
