When you want to sell your home; you either call a real estate... broker or you put it on DuProprio. Those are your two options. Option 1: will cost you anywhere between 3-6% of your sale price. Option 2: is a flat rate of approximately 1000$. There is an enormous difference between the two. Comparing the two is just not possible. But why not have a 3rd option for sellers? A middle ground... An option with a bit less service than your traditional broker but with a lot more service than selling it yourself. That’s why I started MTLSOLD.ca I got so much backlash from the real estate community. Many real estate brokers called me and told me to stop because you are ruining the real estate profession.
