Dear loyal MSLM customer, Yesterday MSLM launched its lift tickets online for sale between December 18th and December 26th. Like our Podium Pass sale, the demand again was tremendous and as a result, the entire website crashed. Please accept our sincere and deepest apologies. While the website was restored in less than 30 minutes the online purchase process remained painfully slow. Our ski resort is built and operated by a family of skiers. Like you, my family loves winter an...d spending it with our loved ones on the slopes. We know the resort’s online experience has been very frustrating. This is a trying time for you our loyal customer as MSLM works to navigate operating a ski resort during a pandemic and the changes this has forced on our ski resort, most importantly capacity control. We have never had to limit capacity before. As we work to manage our responsibility to public health, the safety of our employees and guests by doing what we can to prevent and reduce the spread of COVID19, we ask for your patience and support. For your struggles and poor online experience, we apologize. Please know that our team has been working non-stop with our partners in Austria at AXESS AG to resolve these issues. Today, December 17th, the process is back to normal and speed concerns have been solved. MSLM is committed to offering the best skiing and snowboarding in Ontario. OPENING DAY FRIDAY DECEMBER 11TH FOR PODIUM PASSHOLDERS ONLY! Mount St. Louis Moonstone is opening for skiing and snowboarding on Friday December 11th through to Thursday December 17th 9am to 4:30pm for Podium Passholders only. All Podium Pass holders are welcome, including Bronze Night, Silver 5x5 and Gold Unlimited passes. Open terrain will include 4 lifts and 11 slopes along with some terrain park features for guests to enjoy. More terrain will be opening daily. The ski re...sort will open to the public on Friday December 18th from 9am to 9pm. And regular Podium Pass validity rules will apply. Thank you for your patience while our snowmaking, grooming, terrain park and lift operations staff have been preparing the mountain to ensure proper physical distancing. MSLM is confident that starting the 2020/21 season, with more acreage and lifts open, will help guests spread out and maintain an appropriate distance while also providing a higher quality on-snow experience from day one of the season. Daily lift tickets will not be available before December 18th. Rentals and Lessons will not be available until December 21st. Sales will begin on mountstlouis.com at noon on December 16th for daily lift tickets, rentals, and lessons. Lessons, Rentals, and Cafeteria take-out service will not be available from December 11th to 17th. The Mount St. Louis Moonstone Fall Podium Pass sale was a resounding success. It took less than 24 hours to sell out in Tier 1 of GOLD ADULT & YOUTH Unlimited Podium Passes and just a few days more to sell out of thousands of SILVER 55 & BRONZE Night Podium Passes. MSLM has changed it’s model from a date based sale to a quantity tier based sale. Now that Podium Passes have sold out in Tier 1, there is a slight price increase in Tier 2. After analyzing capacity and other area...s that have changed due to direction from Public Health and the Provincial government, as our region works to control the spread of COVID19, MSLM has decided not to release more GOLD UNLIMITED Podium Passes in Tier 2. This is to ensure the resort can control volume and doesn’t breach a comfortable and safe capacity on mountain. It is also in an effort to ensure there are daily lift tickets available for the general public on weekends. Lift tickets will be released for the entire season. There will be limited quantities available each day and the sale will begin closer to the start of actual ski season. Robert Huter General Manager and Owner says, There never was a better time to ski and board mid-week. This coming season find a way to visit us Monday to Friday. Skiing and riding after dark here at MSLM is amazing, first our gorgeous sunsets and riding under the lights, with our Musco lighting system, it’s the best in the world. The SILVER 55 or the BRONZE Night Pass pays for itself in 4 to 5 visits. It’s a great deal for families to get out and spend quality time together on the slopes.
