It is time to make some changes to the manner in to how we will be responding to messages directed to Mudnwheels. over the last few years I have answered thou...sands of personal messages in messenger. I have always enjoyed this as a way of doing business for the hands on sales and service. The problem with this style of communication is it is very hard to keep track of. To many messages were slipping through the cracks. I will no longer be answering pms through messenger, if i respond at all it will be to direct you to the other 3 methods of communication. We Now have a dedicated person answering the majority of emails and phone calls and taking orders. Many of you have already spoken With Josh on the phone. We are implementing a new sequence to communicate with our valued customers. Priority will be given to phone calls, emails and messages directed to the Mudnwheels face book page. Our business hours are Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm central time zone. If the phone lines are busy or there is no answer it is because we are on the other line or are busy helping another customer. Please feel free to leave a message or call again. I will still be available to take tech questions via phone calls or emails.
