I'm not sure how to write this...but if a person medically trained or not says something that does NOT make sense chances are it's wrong. A friend was approached by a massage therapist who stated that you should NOT rotate your spine. That's EXACTLY what it was designed for people! So please be well aware!
Because I love all of you I do these things so you learn. This is why you do NOT take off tape after a shower. It takes skin with it.

I practice what I preach. When your own back goes out you do what you can. Cupping is a great alternative and is painless. It will increase the blood flow and release stubborn tissue.

All too often i see people at the gym doing complex exercises to try and isolate muscles. The problem is the basic exercises are going to hit all those major muscle groups better and without injury. The more complex the motion the more chance of injury. So please keep those exercises basic most of us arent in competition amd have no need to make a single muscle grow for asthetics. You'll get more bang for your buck by badic simple exercises that incorperate more than 1 muscle group like a squat or overhead press. So keep up the goid work and be safe.
One of the best exercises for you core and posture. Start with what you can at first but aim for a minute. Then a minute twice! Works great for overall core strengthening. Go up on palms and lift your bum off the floor and push your tush to the ceiling and there you go. Have fun.
Exercise tip #2 when doing bent over triceps extensions, as with any exercise you MUST work AGAINST gravity! Your arm has to be at 90 to the floor so all your exertion is against gravity. Also speed is NOT advantageous. All speed does is create momentum, the whole point is to work the muscle and not doing it correctly can lead to injury and does not strengthen in any way.
