India continues its spiral of devastation due to the pandemic and lockdowns. Many of our pastors lost their friends or family members or have loved ones who are currently struggling with COVID. Please, continue to pray for India! We at MMF focus our energy on the development of communities, leadership training, and supporting church planters. We don’t often provide relief. There are exceptions, and this is one of them. Our local partners shared that the primary need right no...w is for finances for medicine, hospital treatments, and food packages. If you would like to join the MMF relief efforts in India, please donate here: https://multinationmissions.org/donat/covid-19-relief-fund/

Please pray for India. The reports of a huge COVID surge, overcrowded hospitals, massive crematoriums have been all over the news recently. MMF has many partners in India and we’ve been in touch with them through all of this. They all report friends dying and their communities struggling with high cases and many deaths. The suffering is immense. Despite this, churches continue to grow and Pastors continue to faithfully proclaim hope in Jesus. Relief packages are being handed ...out to communities hit hard by infections and restrictions. We stand with our Indian brothers and sisters during this time. Happy Easter to our Ukrainian partners! Due to Covid and military unrest, many people in Zaporizhia feel stressed, discouraged and hopeless. Andrei and Lyudmila Zolotarov and Christ the Savior Church led an event for people in their community at the local park in Zaporizhia. Their vision was to encourage and remind people about the amazing hope they can have in knowing Jesus Christ. A local artist-evangelist came and told the story of Jesus through a presentation of world-famous paintings. Seniors, young families with children and others walking in the park were able to join the event. Each person who stopped by received tea and tasty cookies. Through this event, Zolotarov’s and their church was able to bring hope to people in their community in this Easter season! #multination1985 #Ukraine #missions #seniorscare

This week Ukraine is celebrating Easter. Together with a partnering local church, The Family Table (TFT) led an Easter-focused event for the program’s seniors and their friends at a nearby park in Kyiv. A local artist-evangelist came and told the story of Jesus through a presentation of world-famous paintings. There was an opportunity at the end to pray with some of the seniors and their friends. Prior to the event Linda, Nelli and some of the people from the local church pre...pared food packages and little gifts that included paska, juice and a Christian newspaper. Through this event more than forty people heard the story of Jesus, were able to meet people from the local church and received encouragement and tasty treats. Seniors were so thankful for this opportunity to followership together. The TFT team was inspired as they witnessed seniors joyfully receiving the message of Jesus. #multination1985 #ukraine #seniorcare

Last Sunday church Pavlo-Kichkas in Zaporizhia led their first meeting with seniors. This community is our new ministry partner, the 17th church in Zaporizhia that leads monthly gatherings for the elderly. The event went better than volunteers could have imagined. Volunteers were filled with joy as they watched relationships being started between the elderly. The joy on elderly faces as they played games, worshiped, and listened to the sermon together was evident. The topic o...f the meeting was "The Prayer of Jabes". One volunteer said, Elderly were so encouraged that they did not want to leave. We counted on the event to be two hours but it went over three hours. Everyone left the event joyful, inspired, and with anticipation of the next event! Both elderly and volunteers are so thankful to MMF and partner organization NEVO for support and the opportunity to do the events like that. #multination1985 #Ukraine #seniorcare See more
