THE COVID-19 pandemic has meant that many of our global workers have had to return to North America, and are now slowly returning to the field as restrictions are lifted. Dave and Louise were glad to finally fly back to Thailand at the beginning of the week. Here's what they share with us: "We are thankful for a smooth flight, we’re also thankful for our beautiful view of the Jaopraya river in Bangkok as we quarantine! We have a sense that God has arranged this time of quiet for us to seek him for our next assignment. Good thing we have the next 15 days to enjoy Him and listen well!

Since February 2021, Myanmar has been in turmoil. Every day more people are being arrested, tortured, and killed; this includes believers who are engaged in peaceful protest against the violent military coup. Our network of Myanmar pastors is communicating every day with our team on the ground in Myanmar, keeping us updated with current needs as the situation evolves. These church leaders, serving among migrant workers in Thailand, are courageously galvanizing their communiti...es to give sacrificially in order to bring humanitarian aid to Myanmar. Here’s an update from TREK 2021 in Wichita, Kansas: "As week four wrapped up, we praise God for how he continues to draw each of us closer to his heart! Throughout our time, we have been able to pour into different ministries around the City and sit before some pretty amazing guest speakers. The participants have opened their hands before the Lord and are diving deep into the beautiful work he wants to do in their lives. In order to respect local COVID protocols, we decided t...o have everyone reside in one location, which has definitely accelerated God's work! Continue to pray for God's healing hand to move in each of our hearts. Also, please pray for God to provide financially. The cost of tickets has risen substantially and different COVID requirements have caused our budget to be off. Thank you so much for your prayer and support!
