Just wraped up a three and a half month renovation of a main floor in a house in Ladner. We compleatly tore it back to the studs, added a new electrical panel and all new electrical, added a new bathroom and re-did all the plumbing for the house. We leveled the floors and added sound insulation betrween the floors. There is now a beautifull, self contained two bedroom, two bathroom suite in what was once a workshop and wasted space.
