Socialization begins at home! *DONT SHIFT YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO TEACHERS* It is *AT HOME* that children should learn to say:... 01 - Hello 02 - Good afternoon 03 - Good evening 04 - Please 05 - May I 06 - Sorry 07 - Forgive me 08 - Thank you very much 09 - Thank you 10 - I was wrong It is *AT HOME* that we also learn to: 01 - Be honest 02 - Be punctual 03 - Not insult 04 - Be polite 05 - Respect everyone: friends, colleagues, elders, teachers, authorities Again *at home* we learn to: 01 - Eat everything 02 - Not speak with a mouth full 03 - Have personal hygiene 04 - Not throw waste on the ground 05 - Help parents accomplish their daily tasks 06 - Not take what does not belong to you Still *At home* we learn to: 01 - Be organized 02 - Take care of our business 03 - Not touch other people's belongings 04 - Respect the rules, 05 - Speak our mother tongue (s), master our culture and ancestral spirituality Because *AT SCHOOL* teachers should teach: Mathematics English History Geography Foreign language Science Chemistry Physics Biology Philosophy Sociology Physical education Art ... And only reinforce what the student has learned *AT HOME* !!! Because it is from what we learned *AT HOME* that we, individuals will be respected, that we will respect the life, freedom and property of all. *All families let’s fight together as one!!!*

There is something in life called Social Capital. The people you know; the people who know you and how they know you. What's social capital? Listen to this, Quite unfortunately, people think or behave like social capital is only needed on weddings and burials. That is why you see someone will not have contacted you in ten years but out of the blue they are sending you a message, Hello so and so, long time, next Sunday is my pre-wedding. Or my uncle is dead plse I need yo...ur support.! Social capital is not built overnight; it is reciprocal and does not need money (especially in this virtually connected world) to build. It just needs being sensitive that people have emotions and that you can’t sneak into their lives only when you need help. Social capital is massively important and when built and used correctly, it can make a very big difference to one’s quality of life. It can save you money, make you money, get you a better job, make things easier and safer, it can save you from prison, or save your life: it can save your time and effort, and make life more enjoyable and productive. As we progress through the year, please learn to connect with people in your circles and Jesus Christ. Check on people, send someone a birthday message, check their timelines and comment something positive and inspirational. Pick your phone and call someone, or text them. It could be your relative, your colleague, your former schoolmate, a former or current boss, your CEO, your parents etc. Creating a connection with people is important for building your social capital. And even if they don’t respond, at least keep in touch and don’t just reach out when you are in need. Even some on whatsup don't comment on any issue you put across they just read and keep queit but that should not deter you, continue communicating. Most importantly, respect everyone no matter their status in life and be there when others need you. Be a solution, an encouragement and inspiration. Avoid being a leech, a user or nagger. Just be a nice person who in a calculated way stays in touch with people and brings joy, encouragement and hope. The most important asset you have in life is not your job, money or title; its people. Your network is your net worth

After Covid 19 the World will be a very different place.Things won't go back to where they were before this.If anything we should learn more self Reliance on almost anything and everything as a Nation. For starters we need to rebuild our health sector and capacitate Institutions such as Pari and Harare Hospital which were previously the envy of the region. We used to have a strong bond with Cuba and many Drs were trained there. It maybe time to revisit old friends and revive th...e bond! Strong alliances such as EU ,NATO etc were found wanting and each focused on self survival and overwhelmed by a challenge that we were all least prepared for.We import way too.much of our basics such that a lockdown will be hard to sustain. It means more import substitution is necessary. The Farm production has to be Improved and feed ourselves at a lower cost.Staple food such as maize should never be ib short supply when we have abundant land.Lets make it drought proof and be able to haverst well even during drought . There is need for targeted intervention to save and create jobs. The U.S. has put together 2 trillion USD and EU 500 billion USD.SADC and AU are silent. There is need for some action plan beyond waiting for after thoughts from.Global capitals. The Economics after the Corona virus challenge will be very different as Countries are forced to rethink on Globalization and its perceived benefits beyond National Interest and security.Every Country will protect itself first. So must we!,We need to build capacity and improve local investment in key areas such as Health,Education,Agriculture etc and build some resilience of some sort. It is time to refocus, rethink, review, revise, redraw and come up with fresh visions to survive and grow in a world thats less safe . Right now it would be irresponsible to expect donors to fund programs yet they are facing challenges unthinkable only a few weeks ago. Whilst we self isolate its time to come up with resolutions that realize that the World has changed rather too dramatically and demands a dramatic response . #Stayhome #Staysafe #Savelifes #ThinkglobalActLocal

*For Young People Considering Marriage* *An excellent woman is a woman of power; influence; quality and value* *An excellent woman is a very good woman who brings life in the home by her personality, charm and manner of conversation*... When choosing an *excellent* woman you may want to consider the following: *The meeting place* - where did you find her? Where is she coming from? The type of home one is raised determines the *quality and value* of a woman. The type of environment ; social class; friends; and church she was raised in matters. *Her Attitude* Is she teachable? Her attitude is everything. Attitude determine altitude they say. *How she handles herself* Consider her overall actions. Her manner of conversation - because she is an influence. *Spiritual Views or Aptitude* Do you have the same belief system - doctrinal truths ? How does she interpret scriptures - does is it line up with yours? NB Very critical area in the laying of your marriage foundation. *Her view of womanhood* What are her concepts on women in general? Does it align with the Kingdom principles of a woman? *Her view of you* Does she recognise your qualities? Does she accept you for who you are? Does she respect you? *Her view of a home* Can youafford her views or dreams or expectations? These are the things that will surface after the honeymoon stage is over. *Her views of children* Does she want to have kids? Examine motive of wanting kids. What's her view of raising children? *Her view of your occupation / career/ ministry* Is she interested in your career or ministry. *Her view of your vision* What is God leading you to do? Does or will she support you. She has also to do it . *How she views herself* Is she aware of Gods plan for a woman? Does she know how to take that plan and relate it to herself? God bless you. *THE POWER OF PASSING IT ON* (By Dr. Myles Munroe) The Greatest Act Of Leadership Is Mentoring.... If what you learn, achieve, accumulate or accomplish dies with you then you are a generational failure. Mentoring is the manifestation of the highest level of personal maturity, security and self confidence. An insecure person will never Train People, they will oppress people. Mature people create people greater than themselves. Your assignment has a shelf life. You will die one day; so train your replacement. Your Greatest Gift to the world is your mentee. True leaders do not seek followers, followers are attracted to true leaders. The Greatest obligation of true leadership is to transfer your deposit to the next generation. Leadership success is measured by the success of your successor. No matter how great you may have been, if you didn't produce a successor, you are a failure. You preserve what you built through mentorship. Legacy is about preserving all that you've built by raising other people. Success without a successor is failure. Leadership that serves only it's generation is destined to failure. If your vision dies with you, you have failed. Legacy is about living beyond your grave. Leadership Is not a Sprint but a relay. The most important part of a relay is passing it on-not running. The ultimate measure of true leadership is not to maintain followers but to produce leaders. True leadership measures it's success by the diminishing dependency factor of its followers. The ultimate measure of leadership is the ability to leave. True leadership makes itself increasingly unnecessary. You are a successful leader when your followers can lead others. Your goal as a leader is to destroy the dependency of the people around you. You are a great leader when your people don't need you. Make people greater than you and you will live forever. True leaders do not seek power. True leaders seek to empower. True leaders make themselves increasingly unnecessary. Never confuse your position with your value. The ultimate goal of true leadership is not to maintain followers but to produce leaders. The first act of a true leader is identifying your replacement and you begin mentoring them. You become great by producing people greater than yourself. When you produce someone greater than yourself, don't get jealous. Take the credit. When you train your replacement, you are freed to expand your work. When you mentor people, your legacy will make your tombstone unnecessary. #Desire to #Mentor........ that's the only way of leaving your #Legacy #Alive

When the Baboons and Monkeys heard that the Man who used to chase them away from the maize field had died, they hysterically celebrated. The following year, there was no maize, that is when they painfully realized the dead Man was the Farmer!* _Under all conditions, learn to live with your enemies_. _You might reject them now but, soon, you will realize that they were the only pillars you needed_. _Not all enemies are enemies_. _Some are facilitators or unofficial coaches a...ssigned to get you into shape._ _Others are imaginary haters._ *LET'S LOVE ONE ANOTHER DESPITE OUR DIFFERENCES*
