Lil'wat Street Duplex Update- Concrete day!!! Poured the first set of foundation walls. One building down 2 to go! Go team! Thanks @pembertonconcrete and @corridorconcretepumping for your help today!

This was a fun project for the Southern Stl'atl'imx Health Society! We were approached with a hard budget and a brief to demolish the old trailer extension and replace with an extension that could fit within the budget. In order to meet the brief we met with the clients and kept the designs and drafting in-house while bringing on external engineering and geotechnical designers. As a result we met the requirement and were able to deliver a wood framed building in place of trailers! Always fun to work with the clients and exceed expectations!

This Whistler custom home is looking great thanks to the combined efforts of @shayneboss (wood siding), @pbswhistler (metal siding) and Stonehome Masonry (Masonry) on the façade!

PROJECT HIGHLIGHT : As of the end of March the Stl'atl'imx Tribal Police Station has been handed over! Exciting times! We look forward to seeing it in operation soon. A big thank you to everyone involved in the project and getting it accross the line.
