Flags at New Westminster City Hall fly at half staff in memory of Royal Westminster Regiment Rcacc soldier Corporal James Choi who passed away Saturday October 31st from wounds sustained during a live fire exercise at a Canadian Armed Forces base near Wainwright, Alberta.
