On October 29th we experienced the loss of our dear friend and compatriot Michael Paddock. We were blessed with his guidance and leadership for many years as he played a huge part in our success. Michael’s unwavering passion for the restaurant industry was evident every waking moment of his days and the sense of pride he held was nothing short of astounding. Those who knew Michael knew of his love for fine food and wine. He lived every day expecting nothing short of the best,... and he expected that of everyone around him. His ability to see the true potential of each person allowed him to extract the very best from each individual he came in contact with. The lessons he taught us all will follow us regardless of the paths our lives take, even the simplest joy of a really nice gadget. We would like to extend our deepest condolences to the Paddock family and thank you for giving the world such a unique and passionate individual.
