While COVID-19 has changed the Museums plans on hosting vendors and we are unable to host them inside the Museum, we want to still support these talented artisans! Even though our event was cancelled, we still want to give everyone the opportunity to support and shop with the vendors! We would like to highlight Bobby Lloyd of Wonder of Wool! She has been making Wool products including bedding and saddle pads for 30 years and Alpaca products for 9 years! Selling Wool and Alp...aca fibre products such as - Felted Slippers - Felted Mittens - Wrist Warmers - Wool Dryer Balls - Wool Stadium Seats - Wool Saddle Pads - Wool Bedding Bobby is also willing to ship her products to you (at buyers expense)! The Museum of the Cariboo Chilcotin (inside the Tourism Discovery Centre in Williams Lake) is hosting local artisans/vendors on Thursday & Friday from 11am to 3pm! Stop by the Tourism Discovery Centre this Thursday & Friday from 11am to 3pm! Vendors this week include Sawas Pride and Arnie's Wood Shop! Support local artisans at the Museum and kick start your Christmas shopping. The Williams Lake & District Visitor Centre also has lots of great Christmas gifts in their gift s...hop in the TDC as well! Inge Wiggins of Westwind Wool will be at the Museum from 11am to 3pm Thursday & Friday set up, selling her products! Selling knit and woven items such as scarves, mitts and socks to name a few! ... You may remember Inge from the Medieval Market from over the years as just one of many markets she often attends! Come to the Museum Thursday and Friday from 11am to 3pm, inside the Tourism Discovery Centre to support local artisans! Get started on your Christmas shopping in the Tourism Discovery Centre with locals artisans at the Museum! The Visitor Info Centre, also has lots of great items for sale as well in their gift shop!
