Tonight the Algonquin SA (Students' Association) is hosting a chat with Lido Pimienta. A free event but you must register in advance. Join us for a creative chat with Colombian-Canadian singer, producer, and visual artist, Lido Pimienta. She’ll give us an inside look to her creative process while touching on indigenous rights and her successes as a Colombian-Canadian musician. Her self-released 2016 album La Papessa won the 2017 Polaris Music Prize the first Spanish-languag...e album to win the Canadian-juried award.
