Yes indeed, under new directives from Ontario's Chief Medical Officer of Health for Regulated Health Professionals, RMT's are now permitted to gradually restart services in Ontario! While this is exciting news, the safety of the public and our clients remains our top priority ... and at this time we as a clinic are NOT OPEN. We are still holding off on booking future appointments as well until we are able to ensure we meet all requirements, protocol and required training BUT we will be booking high priority treatments SOON! Please be patient with us as we are trying to navigate the new guidelines and precautions that we must follow. We are working hard on our new procedures and safety protocols. Over the next few days we will be hard at work to get up and running under the new standards that we must meet. We will first be prioritizing treatment based on patients with essential care needs, while gradually resuming practice and then later when we feel it is safe to do so, those who have had previously booked and missed appointments due to the pandemic and those who reached out needing treatment throughout that time. Massage Therapy treatment is considered essential when the patient’s overall health or function would considerably decline if treatment were not provided (i.e. lead to hospitalization or other serious health consequences). Our procedures moving forward and your experience with us will be a little different, but our customer service, our client care, and our desire to do all we can to help you will never change.
