Here is something we did at home with our Norwegian Smoked Salmon Trim! We just sliced up some cucumber on an angle, added whipped cream cheese and dill, made little Smoked salmon rosettes, then added a little spring of dill to decorate! So simple, so delicious, and perfect for Valentines day!

This is our first week trying this out. Deliveries are every Friday in Bracebridge and Gravenhurst. A fee of $5.00 apply. Orders over $250.00 will have a fee delivery with city limits. :) Always remember, you can still order from our regular items as well. Meals may change every Friday.

Hi everyone. I am thinking about trying something new. BOX DINNERS. I am looking for feedback on this idea. Please either leave a message here or pm me your thoughts! I would choose 1 or more meal choices, then in your box, I would include everything to make that meal including the recipe! All meats, vegetables, spices .... what do you all think? I would post the first box idea tomorrow.
