"In This Together" Weekly sessions are designed to provide a safe and non-judgement environment for youth, to help them express their feelings, to identify the stressors in their lives and learn to tackle these issues using art and modified therapy methods. ... This project is funded by RisingYouth (TIG) and run by ABRAR Trauma and Mental Health Services. Participants who are identify as BIPOC, immigrants or refugees between the ages of 16-25 are encouraged to join!
