Hey everyone! With Stage 2, gyms were able to open as long as classes were conducted outside. I am looking at offering bootcamp classes outside in the backyard/driveway of the gym. These classes would be smaller in size to accommodate 6ft between everyone and also the size of the area we have to workout in. I am posting this to see who would interested in bootcamp class.... There would be no sharing of equipment, all equipment would be cleaned with lysol before and after class. Let me know your thoughts I am missing all of you! Shelby

I'm currently taking at least 2 weeks off of running due to shin splints injury (both legs) :(. So instead of the high intensity running, I've been pushing it harder at the HIIT. Here is one of the HIITs I did today, but added a weighted vest to my workout Have fun!

Today's WOD 20 Min HIIT With a Weight Vest Round 1: 5 mins... 15 jumping jacks 10 wall balls 10 squat jumps on step 15 sec plank 15 plank jack 10 crunches 1 min break and repeat round 1, then take 1 min break and do round 2 Round 2: 5 mins 10 jump squats 10 goblet squats 10 plank burpees (no jump) 10 sec side plank left 10 sec side plank right 10 shoulder press 1 min break and repeat round 2 30 Min shoulder workout Finished with a 3km run outside Wonderful hard workout!!
