Another small job completed this year. Re insulated this porch roof with 12 of blown in cellulose insulation. Properly vented with rafter mates and max-vent on the roof. Roof sheathing needed to be replaced as well. Lifetime warranty shingles were installed on top of ice and water shield

A small deck project from a few weeks back! Covered over existing cement step that was starting to flake. And added 6’x8’ platform sitting area! Also hung a new screen door
