http://www.treeo-ot.thinkific.com/ This online course developed by some of my OT colleagues, is great for anyone: parents, grandparents, caregivers and even those who do not have children in their lives. It touches on hope, resilience, positivity and how we might move forward during these difficult times. I completed the course myself and have been feeling a little more hope and thinking a little differently.

A fun and challenging activity to practice balance while performing tasks such as bending down, reaching for objects, moving objects across the midline, as well as catching and throwing. It can also be used for shape, colour, and size recognition by adding different toys to the bins and asking your child to sort them accordingly. There are lots of ways for parents to engage with their children in this activity so have lots of fun with it!
