Am I the only one who needed this reminder today? It's really easy to get lost in OUR own emotions when our tiny humans are not behaving the way we want them to! Instead we need to take a deep breath, reframe the situation and focus on being the calm support system that THEY need. Because if we can model calm...then it's easier for them to do the same.
