First week of re-opening done a looonnngg week but we managed to get a lot of pups looking fresh! I want to say I have amazing clients and I am VERY impressed at how well most of you have taken care of your dogs coats. Even those of you that thought you did a hack-job it wasn’t nearly as bad as I expected. Thank you all for being patient, and we look forward to getting the rest of you all in soon.

We are set to reopen June 8. Here are the main new requirements that are in place. No one will be allowed inside the shop for any reason.... All dogs must be either caged or on a harness/ collar with a leash. Remove all other items such as coats and bandanas. There is a clear area to hook your leash to or leave the cage. Ring the buzzer and leave. Someone will promptly come out to bring your dog inside. Payment will be cash, cheque or etransfer. No change will be provided. There is a box for payment drop off. Please use baggies or envelopes. Hand sanitizer is provided for your use. Clients ....please be on time for drop off or you will have to reschedule. Please be prompt for pick up so everyone remains safe. Signs are posted with clear instructions. *** all clients who have appointments prebooked will not lose them. Anyone who missed an appointment due to the closure will be contacted in order of missed times. Anyone who does not have an appointment will need to be placed on a wait list until we get the over one hundred and thirty missed appointments rebooked.

Good news....My Diva Dog is set to reopen early June. We will have new safety measures in place. They will be listed here next week. Anyone who missed their appointment will be contacted as soon as possible. Anyone who has an existing appointment will be given the option to keep it. Thanks for your continued patience as there are over 130 fuzzy pets who have been affected.

My Diva Dog will remain closed at this time. We are working hard to get all safety measures in place. Once we are able to reopen both Facebook and our voicemail will update. Please do not ask for appointments or to be placed on a list as we are not booking anything as of yet. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this difficult time.

Unfortunately we are being forced to close the shop effective immediately. We will update the situation in two weeks when we have been given more information by the provincial government. If you have an appointment in the next two weeks expect a phone call. We are very sorry for the inconvenience, I hope to be able to share some videos on how to properly brush and comb out your pets in the mean time. Take care everyone, and stay safe!

Well the past week has been difficult for everyone...we are still busy and working here (for now) but taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of everyone. We are taking one day at a time right now. We hope everyone is doing well and staying safe! Hope that these cute animals will make someone smile today
