WHAT IS CSA? (Community Supported Agriculture) Community Supported Agriculture is a system that more closely connects the farmer and consumers within the food system by allowing the consumer to subscribe to the harvest of a certain farm or group of farms. (Wikipedia) My Micro Greens Farm is offering a weekly subscription to our CSA and it will be delivered to your home or office. Drop us an email and we will send you a fresh sheet which has our varieties, descriptions, photos, nutritional values and prices.
Welcome to My Micro Greens Farm, Kamloops! Microgreens are young plant shoots around 7-20 days old. They are tender and packed with flavor and nutrition. A 2012 nutritional analysis study by the University of Maryland found that microgreens were 4-40 times more nutrient-dense than their mature counterparts (https://agnr.umd.edu/news/mighty-microgreens). We are only offering delivery to homes and businesses in Valleyview and Downtown right now. If you live outside these are...as, send us an email so that we can open up more neighbourhoods as interest grows. Stay tuned for more news.
