Hi Centre Families, I hope you are all having a wonderful Monday Morning. We had a small furnace fire this morning at the Centre. No children or staff were in the building at the time, and we are only dealing with smoke damage. Everyone is safe, and we are all doing okay. For today; Monday October 26th and tomorrow, Tuesday October 27th, we will be at hillside Church on 80 Chameau crest for morning and after school. The church is right off of Forest Hills PKWY, by Cole Harbou...r High. I apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you, but right now, this is the best decision for all of us. It is that time! Our regional centre for education is struggling to get the word out. Their projections are no where near what the actual registration is currently. If our numbers are low, it means less funding, teachers, and specialty professions. Please share!

It is that time! Our regional centre for education is struggling to get the word out. Their projections are no where near what the actual registration is currently. If our numbers are low, it means less funding, teachers, and specialty professions. Please share!

One of our buses has lost a fuel pump, but that doesnt stop us from doing our part to help the community. Our CEO Ryan has taken on the task of helping to support essential workers get to work in the the morning, do their 12 hour shift, then get home in the night. Seven days a week our bus is running to get those who rely on Halifax transit, who are effected by the schedule change with transit, get to work to provide an essential service. Its the least we can do for those workers who provide such a service, as well as put their health at risk, in these uncertain times. Thank you to all the workers who are helping keep the world turning during this pandemic. But dont worry, we have modified the bus to maintain 6 feet at all times. Stay strong

Connexions Families: We at Connexions take the safety of the kids and community as a top priority. With this in mind, we are cancelling all programs and closing the centre from now, March 15th, to April 6th. Please stay tuned to your emails for updates as we navigate this tough time. I understand that this can cause hardship for your families; however, we must abide by the rules and regulations the province of Nova Scotia laws out for us.
