Hello Everyone! We are still operating during these difficult times, however we have implemented a few changes during this time: Prices... There will be a slight increase in your grooming fee. However, it will now include GST. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us! Electronic invoices will be emailed/text messaged to you, or we will accept E-transfers. Policies Cancellation fees won’t apply if you are cancelling due to health concerns, however your appointment will not be rescheduled until at least 2 weeks after your cancellation. Schedule We are very busy this time of year! If you are not already on a recurring schedule, we highly recommend you consider it. We cannot guarantee that the day/time you would like, will be available. We thank you all for your understanding & continued support! We could not do this without YOU . There is always minimal contact between us and our clients, however, IF YOU’VE RECENTLY RETURNED TO CANADA OR YOU ARE NOT FEELING WELL, WE WILL BE RESCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT We will happily see you after you’ve self quarantined for 14 days or when you are feeling better. For the time being, we will be emailing/texting digital invoices to you. You can pay with your debit/credit card through the link or else send an ...e-transfer. However, no cash or debit/credit at the door. This will help limit the contact we have with everyone. The situation is constantly changing, so we thank you for your understanding.
