I dont take weekends off from working out, I aim to do something every day but usually end up taking a rest day mid-week. be careful getting into the mindset of "weekends off" you may find you're more inclined to eat too many treats too! working out helps curb hunger, if you just make a healthy protein smoothie after, you can postpone your first meal a bit longer. ask me about intermittent fasting if you're interested
in 2016 I lost 30lbs in 3 months just doing cize dance workouts I continued to lose weight with other awesome beachbody workouts and kept a consistent lifestyle for 2 years. my life took a hard turn and flew off the rails.
