4 days after James bodybuilding show.

My OPA membership card came in the mail today! Plus a list of upcoming shows for this year...hmmm...(hamster-wheel is turning in my head). :)

3rd place trophy in my first bodybuilding show! This was such an awesome experience!!

Relaxing in my motel room. Watching criminal minds. Another hour an a half to kill. So I'll practice my routine, mandatories, etc. Felt some muscles twitching and have some toes cramping. But a quarter tab of Valium helped (prescribed by my doc). Feeling nervous, but again, things will happen so fast that it will be over before I know it.
