I've been trying to fall in love with running again. Covid year has reeked havoc on my body and mental health and one of the things I let go of was running. All of January my hubby and I have been doing a "dry january" which is turning into a dry winter. And ever since I've been slowly finding my way back. Today I finished my 22nd run of the year and I swear I am finding my passion again. Just wanted to give you a heads up of whats going on, and maybe if you need to hear it....
