This is so important! I cannot stress it enough!! Less is more, and when your talking about children and the application of oils don’t just listen to what so and so did or what you’ve read on the internet somewhere! Check your facts and know your stuff, even though essential oils are found in nature they’re still chemicals! And remember water is not a carrier oil, water and oils do not blend, they stay separated so when it’s applied it’s still going on straight/neat!

Well it’s that time of year, the dreaded lice season! I’ve had a cpl moms ask about a lice spray! So that’s exactly what I did! Using a select combination of tea tree, eucalyptus, lavender, peppermint and geranium, mixed with witch hazel for heads, hats, and shirt collars! This is for prevention only guys, so if you’re interested in a Lice Away Spray, shoot me a message and I can do a bottle up for you!

Some really helpful information here if you’re suffering with low back pain, it may help you understand it a little more clearly! People often get scared when I tell them they need to strengthen their core to ditch their low back pain, thinking they need to get 6 pack abs! That’s far from the case, your core muscles run along the front and sides of the spine! Nothing to do with your superficial abdominal muscles! (The outer ones)! It doesn’t take a lot of work to strengt...hen your core, and get some relief! I’m not suggesting you buy into this guys program, I’m not suggesting you don’t either, but there are many small strengthening exercises that can be done to help you! Take the plank for example, just do it properly, it engages almost every muscle in your body! Start at 15 seconds, work your way up! That’s just one! And of course I can’t create a post like this and not say my favourite 4 letter word! YOGA! It doesn’t need to be this long intense routine! 15mins is all you need, you’ll learn how much you probable love it, and can increase that time if you want! Stretching folks! If we had daily stretching routines we’d be in a world of less pain! Let me say it again... stretch!! If you work out, no it will not ‘undo’ what you just did, but it will help your muscles recover faster from what you just worked, leaving you with less post work out soreness! After work, mid day, evening, it really doesn’t matter! Your body doesn’t care when, just do it! YouTube google wherever will show proper stretching techniques! But if I could use one four letter word right now, it would be YOGA!!!
