There are many peopleof ALL ages!who are struggling with loneliness right now, especially with Christmas nearly upon us. How can you help combat loneliness today??

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with , present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding,... will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. :

Today is #WorldMentalHealthDay and we want to do our part to end the stigma around mental health. ... If you're feeling unwell, there's nothing to be ashamed of for needing help. But it's important to get help! We weren’t meant to walk through things alone.
