Hi everyone, I miss you too. You know I don’t use computers but Elli told me you have responded to our opening of the restaurant on our website. I have to tell you I have never worked so hard in the kitchen,Food takes many hours to prepare at home. I became creative with many kinds of recipes and baked many desserts and now I am paying the price. In 3 1/2 months I was a housewife and a cook and a thinker and a reader and a CBC listener,Now I need a break from cooking and I look forward to eating in our restaurant during the five days we are open.We need to shrink The COVID-19 so we can all socialize to celebrate life together.
