TBC has decided to participate in local measures to slow the spread of COVID-19. Beginning today: Birthing space remains open for clients in labour Clients in l...abour will be limited to one support person from their family Clients with children should make plans for them to stay home / be elsewhere TBC tours and programming are canceled Midwives will screen every client before arrival at TBC, by phone or in person, directing those with fever and/or cough to birth elsewhere TBC staff will screen everyone at the door, and direct away anyone with fever and/or cough If you have any concerns or questions about how the measures we're taking may impact you, please email our Clinical Director at [email protected]. We are going to get through this together! Remember to clean your hands, stay home if you are sick, and check in with folks who might need your support during this time.
