This made me chuckle. I took part in one of those races, few years ago. Even though it was unfair from the other contestant to have shoved me 2ms from arrival, and having crossed the line before me by a slight bit, I was still 3rd. I dont think I should be feared, but I AM COURAGEOUS!!! I know I am. Because I know what I want when I want it. And I set my mind to it.... ... What is your dream? Your goal? Where do you want to be in 1 year? Dream, think, want, and jump to it. You will surprise yourself HOW much you can accomplish. Even if you only take one tinny step a day. It all starts with a dream and it may end up you wearing heels, sparkly shoes, newest running shoes, simple shoes, barefoot.... whatever you choose and you WILL STILL BE "TO BE FEARED" because you did it with courage and determination.

I did this today and I feel awake. What do you think? Oxygen is something we cannot live without. As we get exposed to stress, oyr breathing becomes shallow, hence we start lacking oxygen, hence our immune system becomes weak (oxygen is transported in your blood). This is a good start to become aware of our breathing again and bring those key molecules where they need to go. ... These are amazing to do with kids at home while you do some Journaling of your own. While staying home during the pandemic, dont forget to look after yourself. 14 day challenge... For the next 14 days, or so, write down the following: one thing I wish I could do today; two things I did today, instead; three things that happened or I did that made me feel good; four people I thought of today; five things I did for my body today (eg. Dry brush, washed, yoga, ate nutritiously, drank water, etc.) the pandemic will pass and you will come out stronger Let me know how the challenge is going.

Awareness is the key, to me. We all have stress, anxiety, sadness to deal with, to a certain degree. But some of us have more trouble dealing with some situations because we were never thaught HOW to handle stress, anxiety, sadness. ... Public awareness and acceptance of ones uniqueness is what will make the Society more acceptable and not call people names, labeling them. Just like we are unique phisically, we are unique mentally, too. And that is the beauty of the World. We are all beautiful the way we are. And accepting and understanding THAT is so important. We all need eachothers support. It can be in the form of a smile, nod, show that you listen, tap on the shoulder, text message checking in on the person, phone call..... the list is endless. Lets learn to support and be supported. Life can be beautiful. Lets make IT more beautiful. Spread positivity, Love, smiles....

I find that we forget to stop and look around us, pay attention the smell of the air (I love the smell of early winter), look at the colours that surround us, hear the noises, the wind blowing, the rain falling. Do you think the World would look like a better place to every single one of us if we did this daily: enjoy the Journey? Rain or shine, it is still beautiful. Life is created to have ups and downs. For the next 3 days make a concious effort to pay more attention t...o the World that surrounds you. Do it for 5 seconds at the time, as often as you want but at least once a day. See if you will notice a difference.... in moments, hours after you have done this. And I would love to hear about your experience. See more

Take and make time for yourself. It could be just closing your eyes for 5 minutes in the shower; reading a book for 30 minutes; walking or running for 20 minutes .... it can be as little or as big, as short or as long, as you want it to be, but DO IT. Your body and mind need it.
