Jill was away at a cupping course this week! Cupping therapy is an ancient technique that was applied to treat an array of illnesses. Cups are used to suction soft tissue, and it is this vacuum effect, or negative pressure, that produces a therapeutic result. Cupping can help tendinitis, muscle strains, muscle sprains, thoracic outlet syndrome, plantar fasciitis, frozen shoulder, arthritis, scar tissue and so many other issues as well. ... EXCITING NEWS We are preparing to reopen! Rest assured you will hear from us when ready, we cannot wait to see you all but our first priority is the safety of our team and yourselves. For years, airlines have been telling us to put on her mask first before helping others. This is now our new way of life. It is our personal responsibility to be mindful of our health, being aware of our wellness before entering into our community. We want Myobalance to be a safe place ...for you. Good day everyone! We miss you all very much and look forward to seeing you all again soon. In anticipation of reopening in the near future, we are preparing for our new normal. We are waiting for our governing body to release the new guidelines and protocols for massage therapy clinics. In the meantime, we have been purchasing PPE and touch less hand soap dispensers, cleaning and organizing the clinic space. Before we open the doors again, we will need to have all our prot...ocols in place. We will make sure Myobalance will be safe for you and us. We will be contacting clients once we are able to start booking again. Hours will be reduced and limited at the beginning and we appreciate your understanding and patience with our new scheduling.
