It doesn’t matter what the doctor calls it, bulged, herniated, thinning etc. The primary cause of all of these conditions is spinal compression due to ergonomic factors. Gravity in itself will compress your discs, don’t take it to heart, everyone has some sort of compression in their discs, that’s life. But don’t expect disc issues to go away on their own, bed rest is the worst thing to ever be prescribed for back pain, movement is medicine.

After spending 27 years on my feet , walking for many many hrs on concrete floors my legs had become painful and tense and got really tired very quickly. I had ...tried massage, physio and exercises but nothing helped . The pain was a daily grind and impacting my mobility hugely. A former nursing colleague recommended Blair and Myofix so I had nothing to lose in trying him . He was very friendly and made me feel at ease and was able to determine exactly what was going on with the fascia around my muscles and fix it . It has made a tremendous difference to both pain levels and my mobility and I need my Myofix fix every 3-4 weeks to keep me in optimum shape . Low back side bending will cause rotational issues up the spine and also cause a visual change in hip height. So before we conclude the issue must be in the T spine or a leg length discrepancy we must assess each psoas for length and also ability to contract.

@regenerativeperformance If the problem is neurogenic inflammation due to an entrapment of the nerve, then it makes more sense to actually treat the problem instead of just giving meds to reduce the perception of pain. If the problem is ligament laxity due to a past injury, it makes more sense to treat the laxity with something like regenerative injections as opposed to just giving anti-inflammatory medications. 'Treating' pain is easy ('here, take this pill'), addressing the problem is usually harder. But the former makes you reliant on the medications, and the latter provides a chance to not be reliant on anything.

Stop Generalizing - Hey guys, just because something worked for YOU doesn't mean it will work for EVERYONE ELSE - I receive DAILY messages about how because treatment "X" absolutely cured someone's problem, everyone else should be doing the exact same thing... - Some of these people even get aggressive if what I suggest as potentially helpful treatment, advice, and/or exercise strategies don't line up perfectly with the EXACT parameters of what worked for THEM - If you're one of those people, LISTEN TO ME... - If you found a plan that worked for you, that's great! I'm happy for you. I really am. - But PLEASE stop blindly telling other people with different backgrounds, experiences, diagnoses, ages, beliefs, values, capacities, understanding, training history, etc that YOUR WAY is the ONLY WAY - It's not. I can promise you that. - And for many people, believe it or not, YOUR WAY may even be the WORST WAY for them - I can't emphasize this enough - To break this down a little bit more, when you do this you are relying on PERSONAL ANECDOTAL EVIDENCE - And you CANNOT (according to science) use PERSONAL ANECDOTES as EVIDENCE of causal relationships - For example, "Karen did "X" exercises, then got better; therefore, everyone should do "X" exercises." - In this case, just because Karen got better AFTER doing "X" exercises does not mean that "X" exercises CAUSED her to get better - They MAY have contributed, but still...you can't PROVE that they did from this information alone - In fact, there may have been several other factors that contributed much more to her getting better (e.g. time, healing, positive expectations, etc) - Which means Karen shouldn't run around telling everyone else that doing "X" exercises will SOLVE their problem because they solved hers (or so she might think) - In other words...SHUT UP Karen - But seriously...the BEST treatment, advice, and/or exercise strategies are based on strong scientific evidence, the experience/expertise of someone knowledgeable and trained within the area of expertise, and take into account the CONTEXT of the individual (which may be wildly different from person to perso See more

When we started, he could barley move without pain, had extreme struggles with his day to day activities and had a serious amount of posterior pelvic tilt from excessive hamstring and ab training, sending shooting sciatic pain down his legs on the daily. Structural changes that could be contributing to your pain. Keyword - could. There's a big difference between what could be causing your pain and what is causing your pain. This is very nuanced, but it actually make a huge difference.

Everything is connected The body cavities (thorax, abdomen & pelvis) are interconnected and movement in one will cause a ripple effect onto another. For example, respiratory movements (movement of the ribcage and thoracic diaphragm) cause movement in the neck and pelvis. This is why, as a practitioner, I treat the body holistically! So if you come in for shoulder pain, dont be surprised if you also get treatment through your pelvis!

Postural issues are complex and need a lot of evaluation. You must not see one portion of the circle without the others. Something caused this problem, if not fixed, another problem will result and that problem will cause another problem and so on. This is a cycle of mechanical barriers causing anatomical issues that will inevitably cause physiological problems that will then cause mechanical barriers again and the cycle repeats itself. Posture is a balance of front to back, side to side and about 500 other variations reliant on many other social ergonomic factors. Heels are the worst things ever created when it comes to footwear lol. The body always compensates, and in this case it is not for the better.
