Hi, everyone. I’ve decided to share some love during the month of February by inviting you to join MYoga for a free trial class in our new studio. Classes are Mondays at 6:00 at Yamaji Dojo Martial Arts and Fitness Center, 20 Millennium Drive in Quispamsis. If you enjoy the class and would like to continue attending, punch cards are available that give you 9 classes for only $40. Come clear your mind and leave behind your stress in our vinyasa style classes designed to help i...mprove flexibility, balance, and muscular strength. All experience levels are welcome.
