As our year is coming to a close I recognized that I have turned off communication with my MFR following and I wanted to give you an explanation. I suffered a concussion in February due to a seizure. I have Epilepsy and I don't receive warnings before having a seizure. Over the years I have had several concussions, but this one was different. Right now I'm focused on getting better & being a Mom. I don't have the big picture view right now, but Myofascial Release & Stretching will be there. I know it is something I need in my life.
Thursday December 11th will be our last class of the month. One last chance to stretch things out before Christmas.
