Even the smallest speck of light can pierce through the darkest things. Light is far more powerful than any darkness. So where does your light come from? Can you be a light for someone who might be in a dark time right now? Today is blue Monday, which is considered the most depressing day of the year. Combined with everything going on this past year and continuing to go on this year, there are many people who are really struggling in many different ways. We can maybe even ...say that this might be one of the darkest years most of us have experienced. But we want to bring a little encouragement to those who need it today. This dark time won’t last forever, light always wins over the darkness! Find something or someone to be thankful for, set your mind on something positive, breath and be in the present moment, do something that makes your heart happy and let your light shine! Share this in your stories to give someone you know some encouragement as well. See more
