It is easy to go to a negative mindset with all that is happening right now. So let's work on turning that around! I finally have the time to do some courses I have wanted to do for a long time. In fact, udemy.com is offering courses as low at $13.99 for those who are interested! 2. I am engaging in more self care! I started to do yoga again, walk my dog (away from others), and spend more quality time with my husband. This self isolation does not have to be all negative!
