To registered charities only. I bought this mattress and slept on it 3 times. Nothing is wrong with it - actually, it's AWESOME! (but just not for me) Part of the return policy is that if I find a charity that can give me a REG#, I can give it to them for free...or I can send it back to Purple.com.
