To our valued customers, It is with our deepest regret that we are announcing the temporary closure of Mysterious Minds Escape Rooms, effective immediately. After this weekend, we have come to realize that even with the additional safety measures and cleaning protocols that we had put in place, it is impossible for us to fully guarantee the health and safety of both our customers and staff. This closure will remain in effect until Friday, March 27th, 2020 and we currently p...lan on re-opening on Saturday, March 28th, 2020. We will be re-evaluating the situation on a daily basis and may extend this closure further, if necessary. We have already reached out directly to customers who had existing bookings that are affected by this closure. We feel that we must do our part in limiting any possible spread of COVID-19 and felt it best to be pro-active with our choice to close our doors. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this causes to our customers. At a time like this, we must remain hopeful and optimistic that things will improve and we will be able to once again open our doors to you! Our favourite part of being in the escape room industry is being able to create exciting and memorable moments for our customers. Whether it be a group of friends on a night out, a fun family trip to the city, celebrating an anniversary or birthday, a team building event for co-workers or even a first-date getting to see the smiles when groups escape the room or hear the excitement of solving a puzzle will be things that we will greatly miss and will look forward to upon re-opening, whenever that may be! In closing, we would ask that everyone do their part in slowing the spread of COVID-19. Please follow the directions of our government and health officials: practice social distancing, wash your hands frequently and stay home should you feel ill. Times like these can cause stress and anxiety, please be kind and respectful to those around you as they are most likely feeling the same way.
