Hi Regina, We, at Mystery Mansion Escape Rooms, have made the decision to temporarily close our doors to in-person bookings. As a non-essential business that has virtual options available, we feel it is our social responsibility to not have our in-person rooms operating at our time. We want to do our part in stopping the spread of Covid. Though we do love seeing you face-to-face, we also love keeping you and our staff safe. Since the government is not mandating us to do this,... we will be re-evaluating our decision on a weekly basis. When we believe it is safe for you and our staff to open our doors physically, we will do so. We have all of our rooms available for online live avatar play, including our rooms Night Terrors and Drag Task Force, which have been nominated as two of the best online games in the WORLD. These games work by having a physical host in the physical room. You and all your super cool family and/or friends join a Zoom call and see a live video stream of what the host is seeing in the room. Using verbal commands, you tell your host what to do, where to go, and what to interact with. You work through them, and with them, to solve the room. All of our rooms also use a live inventory system that helps you keep track of important items during your experience. Not only that, but we will also be hosting bi-weekly online trivia. This is a free event and the Zoom link will be posted here, to our Facebook page. If you visit the event page, you can find out details on how to register your team to be scored. The first 15 teams that register will be marked, and everyone else can still play, but you will just have to mark your own scorecard. Hey Regina folks! Did you know that both "Night Terrors" and "Drag Task Force" are ONLY available to play online? These rooms were built specifically for online, live-avatar play, and will never be available to play "in-person". You play by joining a Zoom meeting with your group (all private bookings), and see the room through a live-stream. You interact with the live actor in the room, and with our web-based inventory system to solve all the puzzles.... These experiences are a great and safe option to get your escape room fix, from the comfort of your own couch! To find out more, send us a message!

For the safest experience with us right now, we recommend playing one of our rooms ONLINE. You play these rooms using a Zoom video call, and a web-based inventory system called Telescape. Online experiences can comfortably handle up to 10 people per booking. We currently have the following available for online (live-avatar) play: Night Terrors... Drag Task Force The Detective's Office Seen (call to book) D'Vile's Curio Shoppe (call to book) We also have a "point-and-click" game available to play called, "Cut Throat". This is played entirely on the Telescape platform and does not have a live host in a Zoom call with you. This game is only $8.00 plus tax and can handle as many players as you'd like. The price is for the game, NOT per player. If you currently have an in-person room booked with us, please know that you can switch this to an online booking instead. If you choose to do this, we will refund $5 off each ticket in your booking.
