Why do I love holding sacred space? And what is Sisterhood? What is Mystical Journey about? These question has been asked over and over and the answer is always the same.. Holding sacred space for women is so inspiring and moving. Women of all ages and backgrounds uniting some who don’t know each other and some who do, and these women so lovingly open their hearts and arms and welcoming story sharing, laughter, tears, releasing and celebrating. Before I open space for these... beautiful women, I pour all the love within my heart and spread it across the room, I then ground myself with the presence of mother earth to clear the space and welcome loving and supporting energies to support the container. What is sisterhood? Women of all ages/backgrounds and women with incredible gifts/healings/talents uniting for one purpose, to support, love and hold each other. Sisterhood is a sacred friendship woven together so delicately that only the soul can understand. It is an everlasting bond that stretches from one heart to another. What is Mystical Journey about? My deepest desire is to inspire women to look within and express their highest version of themselves. Mystical journey is about creating a scared connection with your mind, body and spirit with the loving help of mother earth, elements, sacred circle, Reiki, nature, guidance programs and much more to come. As I continue to grow and spread my wings, with each flap, I spread a little more magic to the world. Magic that will continue to inspire women to spread their wings too! Are you ready to join me on this mystical journey? Do you feel the desire to spread your wings and fly!?

As the sun sets, I remind myself of the continuous ebb and flow that resides around us. The constant movement of change and adventure waiting to be inspired. Friends, find a moment of stillness and feel the deities of this earth surround your body, mind and soul. I saw this posted by @gastrodoc.md and I thought it would be a good idea to share awareness on what IBD really means. Education is so important and making sure you talk to your health care professionals about your gut problems can go a verrrry long way. When I was diagnosed a few months later I had to have surgery. I was young, 17 actually, however I always felt and knew that something wasn’t right with my gut even at an early age. My earliest memory would be around 14 year...s old. So I have always felt that if I would have had the voice I have now I could have prevented a surgery and I could have made better lifestyle choices (eating habits) earlier. Living with Crohn’s disease means I have to cut things out of my diet, which isn’t always easy. Let’s face it, food wise, I am a dieticians worse nightmare. You see, when you are told you can’t do something you want to do it even more. The rebel within me wants to eat a big juicy burger with mellllting creamy cheese or a deep fried chicken wings, most of the time I do. I regret it every time, it’s sooo hard. Needless to say, this battle with food has allowed me to have the courage to ask myself: is this something you are ready to pay for? As previously mentioned, I am going in my 6th year remission and I still battle the constant psychological pressure of eating according to my illness. I feel that my excitement has taken the lead of my creations and I’ve realized that, I don’t want to create that way. This isn’t the way that I stay true to my inner witch. So which lead me to re-s...trategizing the way I create, my space of creation, the way I release them to you and last but not least the staying true to the intention. My dream is for my girls to feel good in their skin, for their hearts to be full of love and that they view themselves the way I see them. My dream is not only for my own little girls but for all the young girls out there! My dream is to create a safe space for young girls to dig deep within themselves to uncover their own abilities to take control of the life they desire! This afternoon I got to meet with my youngest client again, she is so courageous it’s so inspiring. We... sat close to the earth, we chatted, we dreamed and we empowered ourselves with words that affirms a belief within our veins. When I hold space there’s always a feeling of accomplishment or joy that floods my vein but working with this young lady fills my heart in a complete different way! If you have daughters who are struggling, reach out! I am here for you!! In this photo you will see affirmation she was able to create for herself. Note: I am not an expert or a license professional but over the years I’ve indulged in many online certification programs like the journey of a young women and building self-esteem in children ages 4-18 along with my extensive training in holding safe space for women I’ve been able to put together tools to help my very own daughters. I am presently a psychology student working towards by Bachelors degree along with accredited mindfulness courses. What I do know is that I am a good listener and holding space is my purpose.

Holding space makes my heart sing and being in nature soothes my soul! Thank you sisters for showing up for each other and showing up for yourselves! Tonight we connected with nature by creating earth mandalas, we listened to the sounds of the earth, the sounds around us and the sounds within us. We used our active listening skills to deepening our sisterhood connection and felt supported by our intuitive self to express ourselves! That wraps up our last in person gathering of 2020 back in March I had no idea that we would be sitting here today Sharing space again in the flesh!
