Summer berries are still in full swing so I thought why not make a beautiful summer berries tart, chiffon sponge at the bottom, vanilla custard, chantilly cream, and fresh berries and currants on top

Summer is finally here! Thought to try something more summery to welcome the season. Sponge cake wrap-around with lemon hand-drawn pattern, lemon thyme white chocolate ganache crunch, lemon yogurt mousse with lemon mirror glaze on top!

Latest creation over this long weekend! Rustic bright colours for a fun baby boy shower party. Lots of work with the sugar flowers but I am quite pleased with the result as this is my first attempt at this new weathered wood technique and I was indeed quite stressed out. But the cake turned out way better than I thought! Vanilla cake with dulce de leche filling, plus the matching cake pops. Summer fun is coming!

A frilly ruffles cake for a lovely lady's birthday bash! She loves pansies so I got some purple pansies to match. The cake has made this special lady really happy! Chocolate cake with chocolate ganache at bottom tier, and vanilla cake and cream cheese frostings on top. This whole cake is covered with cream cheese buttercream, no fondant! The cupcakes are gluten free.

I did this afternoon tea set a while back, just realised I haven't post them on here. It meant to be a Valentine's Day Tea with all the hearts and red! The tea pot and cups are the well known Wild Strawberry by Wedgwood, it was indeed my very first piece of fine china that my valentine bought me from his work trip in London few years back and that opened up to the whole new gateway of fine china collection. I bet he is regretting this a bit now... Since then I have been collecting different patterns and pieces from all over the world and unfortunately for hubby he is part of this scheme!

This year spring came really late, but thank goodness cherry blossoms are finally here! I made this cherry blossom themed afternoon tea with various dainty sweets and savouries Panna cotta with cherry blossom jelly; Cherry blossom cake roll with creme chantilly; Cherry blossom Macaron; Chicken salad crepe pocket; Salmon cake; and Crab mayo sandwich. Nommies!
