My Thai Village Restaurant is hiring Do you have what it takes to deliver an excellent customer service experience? We are looking for:... Waitress/Waiter to work full-time/part-time for Thai Restaurant in Kanata (Hazeldean/Castlefrank Rd. (Must have minimum 1 to 2 years experience) As a waitress/waiter, you will: Provide customer service by greeting guests and make them feel comfortable Serve food and beverages Learn the menu items and be able to describe them appropriately to guests Advise on menu selections Take beverage and food orders Check in with guests to make sure everything is going well Clear dirty dishes and wipe tables, trays and chairs Deliver guest’s bill and collect payments Work with other servers and be a team player Address customers' complaints or concerns Balance cash and record sales (Point of sale system) Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages, Other duties as required If you think you are the person we’re looking for please send your resume.
