We’re closed over the holidays!

Hey Students, Starting this Sunday at 8am, a dear friend of the club, Coach Janine Falk, will be offering a yoga class that's available to all of our members. Janine is a phenomenal yoga instructor, and we are thrilled to have her running her classes at MYTHIC! You can find more information by joining one of our FB Groups + we've got a poster up at the club. We hope to see you and your yoga mats on Sunday!

Today we wrapped up our online training courses as we prepare to once again open our doors to the public! We had a blast teaching our lessons "in the Matrix", and we'd like to thank all of our students that showed indomitable spirit in the face of poor internet connections, lag, scratchy microphones, and out-of-frame technique demonstrations lol! See you all, "unplugged", next week!

Good news everyone! We. Are. Back! With the announcement of phase 3, we are officially reopening our doors starting Monday, July 20th. To all of our incredible students, MYTHIC Martial Arts & Fitness has made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend operations, effective immediately. This was not an easy decision to make but one that we felt was necessary in light of the constantly evolving threat to the members of our studio, their families, and the community at large. MYTHIC will be closed until at least April 5th. We will be closely monitoring the situation and will update this timeline based on reco...mmendations and advice from Ottawa Public Health and the Province of Ontario. As events unfold, we will update you through email and on social media. IMPORTANT NOTES All of our members will be credited for as long as we are closed, and when we reopen our doors you will be notified and able to return to training. All Workshops and Camps are also temporarily cancelled and will be rescheduled when we return. We will be posting at-home workout options on the KettlebellFit Facebook group to keep you moving during this hiatus (Groups found on our MythicMA Facebook Page).
