This week we will have 3 Family Training days virtually on zoom. Let's sweat out the meat, veggies dessert and snacks over the christmas holidays in the comfort of your home. Classes will be on Mon, Wed and Fri at 5:30-6:10pm on our zoom account. Invite your parents and siblings to the sessions. Family that trains together stick together.

Congrats to all our instructors on becoming certified instructors through the National Coaching Certification Program and Taekwondo Canada.
