For the upcoming Family Day long weekend, the academy is closed Saturday, February 15 to Monday, February 17, 2020. All classes resume on Tuesday, February 20, 2020. Have a safe and enjoyable holiday with your family.

It is a new year, winter's has been mild the Greater Toronto Area. We need to be diligent in keeping oneself mentally focused during the dreary weather.

As of Saturday, December 21, 2019 to Saturday, January 4, 2020 the Academy will close for the Christmas Break. All classes will resume on Monday, January 6, 2020. On this note, we will cancel the Black Belt Class on Friday December 20th. Students are welcome to join the Family Class on that day.... As a reminder, this Friday, December 13, 2019 is Colour Belt testing. There will be no classes on this day. If you have any questions, please contact me.
