Today’s VINYASA Yoga is cancelled!! A number of you have communicated with me to say it is too hot for you to practice today so I thought that perhaps it might be wise to cancel. Respect your needs

Unfortunately, this will be my last Vinyasa class at Cadance Academy. ( I have one remaining Yin class Monday 7-8pm next week). There are scheduling conflicts i...n terms of upcoming dance classes/ yoga class times. Luckily, we were able to meet for the whole month of June due to Gaea’s generosity at the studio and hopefully many of you feel compensated ( those of you who attended) in terms of lost paid classes due to Covid closure. So, yoga with me is on the move again , and I am currently seeking a new space to offer from - something more permanent is my hope. I will be changing the name of the business etc, to better suit these changing times - more to follow with that. So, come join us for this last Vinyasa and be sure to contact me for registering before this class or our yin class on Monday. Classes have been well attended and we need to keep class sizes regulated due to restrictions.
